star this property answer text <p>The Treasury Solicitor's Department (TSol), which provides legal services to a number of government departments and bodies, conducted an annual client satisfaction survey in January 2014 The outcome of the survey was reported to the TSol Board and is one of the measures agreed with TSol by HM Treasury.</p><p>The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) are conducting a survey of victims of crime who had received the revised victim communication and liaison scheme which is currently being piloted by three CPS Areas. The survey is still ongoing but will feed into the evaluation of the pilots later this year.</p><p>There have been no other external customer, user or satisfaction surveys conducted by the Law Officers' Departments during the past 12 months.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>In 2014 the Home Office established the Serious and Organised Crime Financial Sector Forum, an initiative to bring together Government, law enforcement agencies, regulators and the financial sector in a public-private partnership to tackle crime. Under its auspices, the National Crime Agency has trialled sharing data on uncollected confiscation orders with the banks, and leads the Joint Money Laundering Intelligence Taskforce (JMLIT), which brings together banks and law enforcement agencies to share information to tackle money laundering.</p><p> </p><p>Work is continuing with the Financial Sector Forum to explore effective ways of sharing data between private sector entities.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The statistical release identifies that in July 2017 new loans were made of £5.2bn compared with repayment of existing debts of £5.4bn. However in the previous month there had been a £0.4bn increase in overall lending.</p><p>These movements are best understood as part of the broader context which shows that since summer 2016, loans to non-financial small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) have consistently been higher than the previous 12 months and this remains the case in the latest data. In the 12 months ending July 2017, net bank lending to SMEs actually rose by £1.2bn.</p><p>We are working hard to give UK SMEs the support they need to start and grow. Growth Hubs provide information and guidance across the country and British Business Bank programmes are supporting £3.4 billion of finance to more than 59,000 smaller businesses.</p> more like this
