star this property answer text <p>All providers who successfully meet the eligibility criteria, including the rigorous quality assessments by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education<strong>​​</strong>, and which have sufficient metrics to be assessed, will achieve a Bronze award, or above, in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). Those providers which have met the eligibility criteria but do not have sufficient metrics will instead receive a provisional award.</p><p>As noted during the Higher Education and Research Bill process some providers do not meet the eligibility requirements noted for TEF. Providers who do not meet the eligibility requirements, or who chose not to participate, will appear without a TEF award on Unistats and on the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Prime Minister has overall responsibility for the organisation of the Executive. It is for the Prime Minister alone to advise the Sovereign on the exercise of the Royal Prerogative powers in relation to government, such as the appointment, dismissal and acceptance of resignation of other Ministers.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Ministerial and other Salaries Act (1975) sets limits on the numbers of salaries that can be paid, and for individual offices. As per the act, there are:</p><ul><li><p>Up to 21 salaries payable to the Cabinet, excluding the Lord Chancellor, available under Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the act</p></li><li><p>1 salary payable to the Lord Chancellor as per Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the act,</p></li><li><p>Up to 29 salaries payable under Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the act (non-Cabinet) at Minister of State level, assuming all 21 salaries in the Cabinet are used,</p></li><li><p>3 salaries payable under Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the act for the Law Officers,</p></li><li><p>Up to 33 salaries payable to Parliamentary Secretaries (other than the Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury) under Part 4 of Schedule 1 to the act, assuming all 50 Cabinet and Minister of State salaries are used,</p></li><li><p>and 22 salaries payable to office holders other than Parliamentary Secretaries under Part 4 of Schedule 1 to the act</p></li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Parliamentary Private Secretaries are not members of the Government and, therefore, are not paid as such.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>There are currently thirteen Ministers who do not receive a ministerial salary. All nominees are assessed against the same criteria. The Cabinet Office always strives to encourage a greater diversity of nominations from the public and carries out outreach work to attract nominations from groups identified as under-represented in the honours system.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Clostridium botulinum toxin is the active substance used as a starting material for the manufacture of Botox, a licensed human medicine. Active substances are those substances which give a medicinal product its therapeutic effect and must be manufactured to Good Manufacturing Practice standards for active substances used as a starting material.</p><p>From 20 August 2013, manufacturers, importers and distributors of active substances who are established in the United Kingdom had to register their activity with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.</p><p>The UK has no registered importers of the active substance Clostridium botulinum toxin, but has one registered manufacturer of the toxin that is Good Manufacturing Practice compliant, and was last inspected in May 2016.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p><strong> </strong></p><p>There are no active vaccination programmes against smallpox or anthrax for any of the emergency services.</p><p>Vaccines can be made available to first responders responding to a confirmed anthrax incident if required. The Government still holds the smallpox vaccine for use against certain strains of orthopox viruses if required.</p><p> </p> more like this
