<p>The Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) is a voluntary process. Providers opt to participate, rather than opting out. The Higher Education Funding Council, who are responsible for delivering the TEF, have published a list of providers who have opted in on their website: <a href="http://www.hefce.ac.uk/tefoutcomes/" target="_blank">http://www.hefce.ac.uk/tefoutcomes/</a>.</p>
