	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/05/2019 answer text <p>Under the Sandhurst Treaty, signed in January 2018, the UK government committed €50 million to implement projects agreed under the terms of the Treaty. This full funding package has now been allocated, and officials are in the process of making the final funding transfers. Payments have been made directly to the French Interior Ministry and its constituent bodies, or where necessary directly to organisations responsible for security infrastructure improvements.</p><p><br>Payments have not been made directly to migrants. UK companies that attend the Fair are likely to decide to participate closer to the time, though are more likely to participate as delegates or visitors rather than as exhibitors. The UK has made a commitment to UNRWA of up to £80m over the next two years, to help provide medical services and education to Palestinian refugees living across the Middle East. Annexation of territory by force is prohibited under international law, including the UN Charter. The UK did not recognise Israel's annexation in 1981 and we have no plans to change our position. It remains our assessment that the transfer of Palestinian child and adult detainees to prisons inside Israel is in violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention.
