<p>Since 2013 the Department has requested that Local Authorities provide details
of their use of Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP) funds. This monitoring information
is collected twice yearly; in the middle and at the end of the financial year.</p><p>
</p><p>The returns are published on-line, and the information to the end of March
