<p>These recommendations will be considered alongside the rest of the report. Chris Gibb did not make any specific recommendations relating to the assessment of Govia Thameslink Railway’s (GTR’s) claim for Force Majeure which is being assessed in accordance with the terms of GTR’s franchise agreement.</p><p> </p>
