The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website has guidance on managing the risks for pregnant workers. <a href="https://www.hse.gov.uk/mothers/index.htm" target="_blank">Protecting new and expectant mothers at work - HSE</a></p><p> </p><p>Employers have a legal duty, under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations sec 16(4) to act in accordance with the results of their risk assessment for pregnant workers.
