	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/09/2014 answer text <p>Following feedback from prison Governors, we have made some minor adjustments to the property prisoners are allowed to have under the revised Incentives and Earned Privileges (IEP) framework, including metal guitar strings. Governors were notified on 15 July 2014 that, with immediate effect, it was open to them to include full metal guitar strings on their local facilities lists. This allows eligible prisoners to purchase them for use on acoustic guitars kept in-cell.</p><p> </p><p>Full metal strings are, as with the nylon and metal coiled strings which were already permitted, available by application only, issued on a one-for-one basis, and subject to local risk assessment. The UK is taking a leading role in working with the countries affected and with the international community to ensure that the current Ebola outbreak is contained and help reaches those in need. In total, over £25 million of British funding is supporting the global effort to contain this disease. This includes £5 million of new direct funding to help partners working on the ground like the WHO, Red Cross and Médecins Sans Frontières‎ to treat victims and prevent the spread of Ebola. The 1961 Convention clearly sets out the circumstances in which it is permissible to remove citizenship and leave a person stateless and when it is not. <br>Recent amendments to the power contained in the UK’s domestic legislation regarding removal of British citizenship were made in accordance with these obligations. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/10/2014 answer text <p>The School Admissions Code 2012 requires all state-funded schools to give admission priority to looked-after and previously looked-after children. [1]</p><p>In May this year the Department issued additional guidance to clarify its position for school admission authorities in relation to children adopted from local authority care. This was to ensure that all children adopted from local authority care in England and Wales should have the highest priority rather than restricting priority to those children adopted from care under the Adoption and Children Act 2002.</p><p>The most recent report of the Office of the Schools Adjudicator indicates that this requirement has been met in most of the arrangements seen by adjudicators (<a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/307182/osa_annual_report_12-13.pdf" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/307182/osa_annual_report_12-13.pdf</a>) but acknowledges there is more to be done to ensure that all schools comply fully with this requirement.</p><p>The Children and Families Act 2014 included a new provision to place the role of Virtual School Head (VSH) on a statutory footing.
