This phase will also include some vulnerable individuals being supported by a small number of local authorities and civil society organisations.</p><p>We will provide further details in due course of the planned phased implementation of the scheme, and we will continue to update Parliament as part of that process. This point of transition is an important stage for young people, and it is not always easy. In January 2015, NHS England published a Model Specification for Transitions from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, to support better transition planning and delivery by local providers. Transition from children and young people’s mental health services has also been included as one of 13 mandatory national indicators in the Commissioning for Quality and Innovation scheme (2017/19), which offers financial incentives to local areas to encourage improved transition planning for children and young people. Individuals who have their claim processed in detention have usually claimed asylum after being detained for removal, are detained for public protection reasons or have previously failed to comply with the UK’s immigration rules. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/11/2018 answer text <p>All pregnant women in custody have an individual care and management plan that is communicated to all staff and all pregnant women are seen by a mid-wife at least fortnightly or as required. Healthcare in prisons is provided by trained medics and nurses, but we have also made training on dealing with pregnant women available to all prison officers and new guidance will make clear that pregnant women should have access to 24-hour midwifery advice.</p><p> </p><p>We know it is extremely rare for a woman to give birth in prison - because every step is taken to get them to hospital - but those unique cases are invariably down to the unpredictability of labour.</p><p> </p><p>Our new Female Offenders Strategy made clear that we want fewer women serving short sentences in custody and more remaining in the community, making use of women’s centres to address needs such as substance misuse and mental health problems.</p> answering member constituency Charnwood answering member printed Edward Argar question first answered 20/11/2018 13:05:42 answering member 4362 label Biography information for Edward Argar

Any DNA evidence submitted would have been in the form of reports from approved DNA testing centres, stating whether familial relationships were evidenced. These reports may have been attached to case files.</p><p>A Taskforce has been established so that anyone who feels that their case may have been influenced in any way by an inappropriate demand for DNA testing can get advice and support.
