star this property answer text <p>The Attorney General’s Office has made no payments to Honourable Members under section 4 of the Ministerial and other Pensions and Salaries Act 1991 since 13 July 2016.</p><p> </p><p>Since 13 July 2016, two Ministers have left office, both were as a result of a Ministerial reshuffle and as such no severance payments were made.</p><p> </p><p>Reports of any Ministerial severance pay are published in the audited annual report and accounts for HM Procurator General and Treasury Solicitor and can be found on gov.uk.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>For more than a decade, registered providers of social housing were able to increase the rent on Social Rent properties by an additional £2 per week if the rent was below the 'formula' level. This mechanism was phased out in 2015 and the Government has no plans to reinstate it, as this would be likely to result in additional costs to tenants and taxpayers</p><p><br> The Government recently consulted on social housing rents for the period 2020-25. star this property answer text <p>On 6 September the government announced an initial 100 places that will be invited to develop proposals for Town Deals and we will work with local people from these communities to agree investment of up to £25 million in each place.</p><p>Places have been chosen on the basis of a robust selection methodology. This took into account various qualitative and quantitative indicators. These include, income deprivation, skills, productivity, EU exit response, economic shocks, investment opportunities and policy alignment. The government will publish further details on how the fund will operate in due course.</p> more like this
