<p>Currently there is an estimated 12,300 premises in Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk which do not have access to superfast broadband from either a commercial or publicly funded programme. This means over 75% of the constituency can access superfast broadband, up from below 5% in 2010.</p>
