unstar this property answer text <p>I have regular meetings with the Director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) to discuss a variety of issues. As was the case with previous Administrations, it is not the Government’s policy to provide details of all such meetings.</p><p> </p><p>However, the SFO has assured me that it is actively reviewing material relating to the allegations, although it is not possible for me to go into detail nor is it appropriate for me to speculate on the possibility of a UK investigation. The SFO will consider whether there has been offending within our jurisdiction. The SFO also assists its counterparts overseas when appropriate, and by international convention it would not comment on such matters.</p><p> </p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The EU Referendum campaign was the largest democratic exercise the United Kingdom has ever witnessed. Indeed, there were 46.5 million people on the electoral register for the EU Referendum, the largest UK Parliamentary register ever seen. Building on this success, the Government is currently undertaking a programme of work looking at how the electoral registration can be made more efficient and boost the levels of registration further. This includes piloting changes to the annual canvass to test new approaches which have been identified through working closely with Electoral Registration Officers.</p> more like this

Each department manages incidents which affect the services they are responsible for. The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has investigated 590 significant incidents, defined as events which may impact the UK’s national security or economic wellbeing, across the public and private sectors in its first year. The NCSC provides a unified source of advice and support to the public sector making it more resilient to the ever present cyber threat.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The Government is committed to implementing the Sustainable Development Goals including Goal 5.</p><p> </p><p>The Cabinet Office's role is primarily to co-ordinate the departmental planning process to ensure all of our obligations are adequately reflected. My department also provides support to DfID as the lead department, however, all departments are responsible for their respective contributions to the delivery of the Goals by 2030.</p><p> </p><p>The departmental planning process is an effective tool in ensuring the Government is making progress in meeting our obligations, including on gender equality.</p> more like this
