star this property answer text <p>Cabinet Office does not require central reporting of data breaches by government departments.</p><p> </p><p>The <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-minimum-cyber-security-standard" target="_blank">minimum cyber security standard</a> outlines the communications required by a department when there is a security incident that impacts on sensitive information or key operational services.</p><p> </p><p>The Government Security Group would be involved in the response to a category one or two</p><p>cyber security incident impacting a central government department(s), however to date an incident of this type has not occurred.</p><p> </p><p>The <a href="https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/news/annual-review-2018" target="_blank">National Cyber Security Centre’s Annual Report (2018)</a> provides the total number of incidents it has dealt with over the past year.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The NHS Staff Survey is used by the Department, NHS England and arm’s-length bodies to collect information on the percentage of staff experiencing physical violence from patients, relatives or the public in the last 12 months, the percentage of staff experiencing physical violence from staff in the last 12 months and the percentage of staff/colleagues reporting their most recent experience of violence.</p><p> </p><p>Working with their security staff, the Police and Crown Prosecution Service, employers are responsible for reducing the likelihood of staff being attacked and taking appropriate action against those assaulting their staff. Trusts can use the NHS Staff Survey to benchmark progress against their peers and help them review their plans for tackling violence against their staff.</p><p> </p><p>In 2016 (the latest NHS Staff Survey data available), 15% of staff reported they experienced physical violence from patients, relatives or members of the public in the last 12 months, a proportion which has remained static since 2012. star this property answer text <p>The 2015 Spending Review reconfirmed the Government’s commitment to the programme providing a long-term funding envelope of £55.7bn in 2015 prices. Of this £28.55bn was allocated to Phase Two. This allocation includes funding for infrastructure for the Northern and Midlands sections of High Speed 2. star this property answer text <p>We want to ensure that high quality apprenticeships are as accessible as possible to all people from all backgrounds.</p><p> </p><p>Apprenticeships already disproportionately benefit people from lower socio-economic backgrounds with apprentices more likely to come from disadvantaged backgrounds - compared to the population as a whole, 25 per cent of apprentices live in the most disadvantaged fifth of areas.</p><p> </p><p>Our apprenticeship funding policy supports individuals from disadvantaged areas by providing a cash payment to training providers when they train apprentices living in the top 27% of deprived areas.</p> more like this

We do not hold data on the number of starts by household income.</p><p> </p><p>Data on the number of levy paying employers that are registered on the apprenticeship service, and can therefore access and benefit from levy funds, is available (as reported to the end of August 2017) here: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/apprenticeship-service-registrations-and-commitments-august-2017" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/apprenticeship-service-registrations-and-commitments-august-2017</a>. These statistics are published on a monthly basis. We do not hold this data for non-levy paying employers as their apprenticeship training is funded via contracts with training providers.</p><p> </p><p>Recent data show that over 90 per cent of apprentices currently go into work or further training at the end of their apprenticeship, the majority of these with the same employer.</p>
