Those in low paid jobs continue to be supported by the Minimum Wage, and in 2014, the Government increased the Minimum Wage in real terms for the first time since 2007. Responsibility for infrastructure in the UK financial sector is primarily for the firms themselves. However, financial regulators have a role to play in supervising, coordinating and driving change to improve the operational resilience of the sector.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) jointly launched, in October 2014, a review of firms’ critical infrastructure and technology resilience. The review focuses on the most significant UK retail deposit-taking organisations, and is expected to conclude later this summer. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/06/2015 answer text <p>In addition to our core Tax Credit advisers, this year HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has recruited more than 2,000 staff to its customer service teams and plans to have the majority of them in place and operational by end of June 2015.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Alongside this, a further 1,500 extra staff from across HMRC are moving temporarily to support customer services in the run-up to the Tax Credits renewals deadline on 31 July.
