	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2019 answer text <p>The Government is committed to supporting all entrepreneurs to start and grow a business, it is a key aspect of our ambitious Industrial Strategy. We want to make the UK the best place to start and grow a business, to create jobs and spread prosperity.</p><p>In addition to accessing national support available, such as the Business Support Helpline (0300 456 3565) and advice on <a href="http://www.gov.uk/" target="_blank">www.gov.uk</a>, small businesses in the Crawley constituency and West Sussex County Council area can access business advice through the Coast to Capital Growth Hub. Led and governed by the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), the Growth Hub provides a free, impartial, ‘single point of contact’ to help businesses in the area identify and access the right support for them at the right time no matter their size or sector. The Coast to Capital LEP has self-reported that in FY2017-2018 their Growth Hub supported over 2,400 businesses and helped over 600 individuals start a business.</p><p>The Start-Up Loans programme, now part of the British Business Bank, has delivered 63,564 loans worth £496m, and is currently supporting 96 loans totaling £659,191 of finance in Crawley.</p><p>Funding under the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund indicates that Crawley has £546,203 for organisations registered within this constituency. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/07/2019 answer text <p>Gatwick is a private commercial entity, therefore the airport is responsible for providing or improving tourist facilities and information within its site.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the promotional activity of VisitBritain, research shows that visitors planning on coming to the UK more often than not begin planning their activities 3 to 6 months ahead of their travel time. Therefore most of VisitBritain’s marketing activity is targeted at reaching potential visitors at this stage in their preparations.</p><p> </p><p>VisitBritain have developed a strong relationship with Gatwick airport and are working together to determine potential promotional opportunities for the future.</p><p> </p><p>VisitBritain also work with airports across the country to promote them to international visitors as a gateway for regions outside of London, such as the Discover England Fund project: Manchester As An International Gateway. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/06/2019 answer text <p>The Department welcomes the National Literacy Trust’s research on reading in both print and digital forms.</p><p> </p><p>The Department encourages children to develop the habit of reading widely and often, for both pleasure and information, whatever the format. Research suggests that reading for pleasure is more important for children’s educational development than their parents’ level of education.</p><p> </p><p>There is sound evidence that systematic synthetic phonics is a highly effective method of teaching reading to children. Phonics performance is improving: in 2018, there were 163,000 more 6 year olds on track to become fluent readers compared to 2012. This represented 82% of pupils meeting the expected standard in the phonics screening check, compared to just 58% when the check was introduced in 2012.</p><p> </p><p>Building on the success of our phonics partnerships and phonics roadshows programmes, in 2018 we launched a £26.3 million English Hubs Programme. Hub schools are taking a leading role in improving the teaching of early reading through systematic synthetic phonics, early language development, and reading for pleasure. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/05/2019 answer text <p>Up to 50% of cancer patients enrolled in the 100,000 genomes project, including patients with blood cancer, have seen a change in their treatment since receiving their result.
