	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/04/2019 answer text <p>All forms of retail crime are unacceptable, and everyone has the right to feel safe at work.</p><p>I chair the National Retail Crime Steering Group (NRCSG) which brings together partners including the police, trade bodies – including the Association of Convenience Stores - and retailers and is overseeing a range of work to tackle retail crime. This includes the collation and dissemination of good practice and developing guidance on the use of Impact Statements for Business, which give victims of business crime the opportunity to set out the impact the crime has had on the business, including, for example, financial loss. The NRCSG also continues to work with retailers to improve the management and response to shop theft using a partnership approach according to local circumstances.</p><p>On 21 January I announced that we will launch a call for evidence on violence and abuse towards shop workers to strengthen our understanding of this issue, including how existing legislation is being applied.</p><p>In addition, the Sentencing Council is reviewing its guidelines on assault and a consultation on a revised guideline is anticipated to commence this Summer.</p> answering member constituency Louth and Horncastle answering member printed Victoria Atkins question first answered 03/04/2019 16:39:20 answering member 4399 label Biography information for Victoria Atkins

These include empowering local TYA Cancer Principal Treatment Centres to drive network-wide service improvement in both outcomes and experience and working in close partnership with TYA Designated Hospitals as part of a network. This approach will allow local flexibility to put in place solutions that are tailored to local needs. This included a cut for smaller retailers to business rates by a third for two years from 1 April 2019. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2019 answer text <p>Following the reforms to the Cancer Drugs Fund (CDF) in July 2016 all new cancer drugs and significant new licensed indications for existing drugs are referred to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). This included the referral of all licensed cancer drug indications for rare cancers that had not previously been assessed by NICE.</p><p>This has led to an increase in the number, and proportion, of NICE appraisals of treatments for rare cancers. Since July 2016 21% or 24 out of 114 cancer drugs appraised by NICE have been for rarer cancers, compared to 9% or 18 out of 200, before the CDF reforms. Of these 24 drugs for rare cancers, 22 have been recommended for routine commissioning and two for use within the CDF.
