Conditions G6 and G7 in Ofqual’s General Conditions of Recognition require exam boards to have access arrangements in place and to publish details. The Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) publishes the access arrangements on behalf of the exam boards (<a href="http://www.jcq.org.uk/exams-office/access-arrangements-and-special-consideration" target="_blank">http://www.jcq.org.uk/exams-office/access-arrangements-and-special-consideration</a>).
