This has reversed the downwards trend seen in workplace pension participation rates since 2003.</p><p> </p><p>So far opt out has been around 10 per cent, which is significantly lower than the original DWP estimate of around 30 per cent. Patients will only be offered a transplant when they are unsuitable for tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) treatment, or if this treatment has failed.</p><br /><p>Both imatinib (usually considered the first line option) and nilotinib are recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence as cost effective treatments for chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). Dasatinib, bosutinib and ponatinib are only available for certain patients through the Cancer Drugs Fund.</p><p>In 2013, NHS England published a policy for the routine commissioning of allogeneic stem cell transplant for CML. We are committed to delivering the vision set out in <em>Future in mind</em> through the launch of a major system-wide transformation programme working alongside our partners in Government and arm’s length bodies. This will improve access and make services more widely available across the country.</p><br /><p>To support this transformation, an additional£1.4 billion funding has been made available over the course of this Parliament for spending on children and young people’s mental health, of which we are spending £173 million this year, including £30 million on eating disorders. This will be used to improve community-based services so that young people are helped earlier and are less likely to need to go into hospital. It will also enable the expansion and extension of the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme so that a wider range of those who need it are able to access high quality and evidence-based interventions wherever they may live. This is why Defra published the National Pollinator Strategy in November 2014:</p><p> </p><p><a href="http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/national-pollinator-strategy-for-bees-and-other-pollinators-in-england" target="_blank">www.gov.uk/government/publications/national-pollinator-strategy-for-bees-and-other-pollinators-in-england</a>.</p><p> </p><p>The Strategy is a ten-year plan to bring about the best possible conditions for pollinators to flourish across all land types. It identifies specific policy and evidence actions for government and others, and actions that everyone can take to help expand food, shelter and nest sites. The Strategy also seeks to address key gaps in our understanding about the status of pollinators.</p><p>To raise public awareness a ‘Call to Action’, “Bees’ Needs: Food and a Home” (<a href="http://www.beesneeds.org.uk/" target="_blank">www.beesneeds.org.uk</a>) was launched in July 2014.
