NHS England is responsible for commissioning and funding the transplant related care which takes place 30 days before transplant and continues until 100 days post-transplant. After 100 days post-transplant, commissioning responsibility for the routine follow-up of patients switches from NHS England to CCGs, as outlined in the Manual.</p><p>In the event that transplant patients experience serious complications post-transplant, elements of their care would likely continue to be planned, organised and funded by NHS England specialised commissioning. All schools are required by law to have a behaviour policy with measures to prevent all forms of bullying. The Government has taken a number of steps to help schools address bullying, including by providing advice on how to prevent and tackle bullying and how schools should support children who are bullied.</p><br /><p>We are providing £1.3 million this year to anti-bullying charities to tackle all forms of bullying, on top of the £4 million provided in 2013-2015. We have also launched a specific programme in 2015-2016 to prevent and tackle homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying in schools. £2 million has been awarded to projects to work with schools through classroom-based activities, use of positive role models and specific training for teachers to understand and address this issue effectively. This included a number of reforms which will increase capacity in general practice through recruitment and retention of general practitioners (GPs) and the wider workforce, and investment in extended access to GP services and the Time for Care programme.</p><p> </p><p>By 2020 the Government has committed to 5,000 additional GPs and 5,000 other staff in general practice; and by March 2019 everyone having access to GP services, including sufficient routine appointments at evenings and weekends to meet locally determined demand.</p><p> </p><p>The Time for Care programme will spread awareness of innovations that will help release capacity in general practice and facilitate local change programmes to implement them. Examples of these innovations include active signposting and developing the team. It is estimated that most practices can expect to release about 10% of GP time. The Time for Care programme provides support for groups of practices to implement their choice of the actions. The Burmese authorities must heed the call of the UN Security Council to make Rakhine safe for refugee returns and ensure accountability for human rights violations. We have made clear to the governments of Burma and Bangladesh that any returns must have international oversight.</p><p>As one of the largest bilateral donors to Bangladesh, UK aid is helping to provide psychological support to over 10,000 women suffering from the trauma of war and over 2,000 survivors of sexual violence. We are supporting the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to operate five mobile medical teams and five health posts for sexual violence survivors, and we are supporting UNICEF protection initiatives including 30 Child Friendly Spaces.</p><p>Following the deployment of civilian experts last November we are now working to reduce any further risks of gender based violence and to create a safer environment for women and girls in the camps. This approach aims to ensure that patients can receive a suite of tests, reducing the risk that patients receive multiple different referrals for the same problem. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2018 answer text <p>Public Health England and NHS England developed the first iteration of the cancer dashboard in response to recommendations in the Independent Cancer Taskforce report ‘Achieving world-class cancer outcomes: a strategy for England 2015-2020’. This includes data on breast, colorectal, lung and prostate cancers. These changes will benefit over 30 million individuals.</p><br /><p>Summer Budget 2015 set out the first step in meeting this commitment. The personal allowance will increase from £10,600 in 2015-16 to £11,000 in 2016-17, and £11,200 in 2017-18.</p><br /><p>These changes will benefit over 29 million individuals and take 570,000 individuals out of income tax altogether by 2016-17. This will increase to over 660,000 by 2017-18.
