<p>The current Estate Regeneration Fund is open to bids from local authorities that have partnered with a private organisation to deliver a regeneration project. The funding can be used for land clearance, demolition and rebuilding of homes. Low quality housing and high void rates can be prevalent in areas identified for regeneration and the funding that has been allocated will support places deliver better quality homes, improved public spaces and new housing where it is needed most.</p>
