star this property answer text <p>The Review Working Group is made up of professionals with expertise on mental capacity from across Government, the health, social care, legal and charity sectors. While there is no specialist expertise on speech and language therapy within the group, the Review has received responses from the profession as part of a Call for Evidence. These views are being fully considered as we begin to update the Code of Practice.</p><p> </p><p>There will be further opportunities for all those with an interest in the Code of Practice to provide feedback when we consult on the updated Code of Practice.</p> more like this

In addition to the Civil Service Code, the Government Communications Service offers propriety in digital and social media guidance and is available to discuss questions relating to social media when working with ministers.</p><p>The Department employs an in-house social media team to use digital channels and create content to communicate departmental policies online. It is often appropriate for content relating to Government policies, guidance and announcements, created by civil servants, to be amplified or posted on other channels including ministers' own social media accounts where this facilitates wider engagement from the public.</p><p>Content creation is one part of the digital team’s responsibilities, there is no individual cost per video or graphic created. The creation of these assets, as well with other communications products, is funded by the Department’s Communications Directorate staffing budget.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The arrangements between NHS England and independent sector providers are not expected to result in significant additional spending above normal Quarter 4 levels and can be funded from existing budgets. Therefore, there is no effect on Barnett consequentials. As there is no new funding for these short-term, 12-week contracts, this could not pay for additional healthcare professionals. The arrangements allow for the continuing delivery of elective care for National Health Service patients in England and the provision of ‘surge’ capacity to assist NHS hospitals in England with the impact of the Omicron variant, where required. Local NHS systems, in coordination with regional and national teams, will be responsible for these arrangements to effectively meet local needs. Due to this flexibility, we are unable to estimate how many people will be treated through these arrangements.</p> more like this
