We share best practice with European and international partners including the Open Government Partnership of 77 countries, the G8 and the OECD Open Government Data project. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2022 answer text <p>The precise details of any future free trade agreement are a matter of negotiation; we would not seek to pre-empt these discussions.</p><p>The Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership’s (CPTPP’s) investment chapter includes investor protections that are backed by a modern and transparent investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism. These include a preliminary assessment of the potential implications for the environment. It has also committed to publishing an impact assessment at the point of signature, which include a more detailed assessment of the likely environmental impacts.</p><p> </p><p>The Government will continue to assess environmental impacts in these documents. In these negotiations the UK is using historic trade data to ensure that the tariff rate quota volumes in our World Trade Organization Goods Schedule provide continuity for traders. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2022 answer text <p>The Government is committed to growing the UK’s economy by making the most of our Brexit freedoms to boost UK businesses, which is why the Government is aiming to cut £1 billion of red tape for UK businesses and ease regulatory burdens.</p><p>The Government has provided approximately £8.4 million to UK Businesses through the SME Brexit Support Fund. This has enabled over 4,100 businesses to pay for practical support to adjust to new customs and VAT rules when trading with the EU. All businesses can get answers to practical questions about exporting to Europe by accessing the Government’s Export Support Service via GOV.UK.</p><p>The UK/EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) provides for a range of customs cooperation between the UK and EU, including on simplifying and modernising our customs procedures, facilitating transit movements, and ensuring that traders are clear on how to move goods smoothly between our respective borders.
