	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/01/2021 answer text <p>We made a Manifesto commitment to improve the quality of evidence within Government about the types of barriers people face.</p><p>To deliver that promise, in December, The Secretary of State for Women and Equalities launched the Government’s equality data programme. That programme will consider socio-economic background and geography alongside factors such as sex, ethnicity and sexual orientation to enable us to understand where individuals are being held back across the UK.</p><p>The project aims to publish its first outputs in Summer 2021. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/07/2021 answer text <p>There is a statutory requirement for the annual reports and accounts of the financial services regulators (the Financial Conduct Authority, the Bank of England, and the Payment Systems Regulator) to be laid in Parliament by the Treasury. The regulators’ accounts are examined and audited by an independent auditor before they are provided to the Treasury.</p><p> </p><p>A non-departmental public body is required to submit to their sponsoring department, on an annual basis, an annual report and audited accounts prepared in accordance with the relevant statutes and guidelines. The annual report and accounts provide the sponsoring department with the financial and non-financial performance of the non-departmental public body. In addition, they will state if the non-departmental public body has met key performance indicators as set out in their business and corporate plans. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/06/2020 answer text <p>On 15 May the government announced a £1.6 billion emergency funding and financing package to enable Transport for London to continue operating services for essential journeys through the COVID 19 outbreak.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the agreement with the Department for Transport, the Mayor of London agreed a number of measures to support the safe restart of the transport system, including by helping Londoners move towards greener and healthier walking and cycling options. This included reintroducing the congestion charge, LEZ and ULEZ.</p><p> </p><p>The decision to immediately raise the congestion charge to £15 was taken by the Mayor.
