	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/03/2015 answer text <p>A Ministry of Justice study published in 2011 (based on 2008 estimates) showed that England and Wales had the highest legal aid expenditure amongst countries with similar legal and judicial traditions.</p><p> </p><p>The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) publishes a biennial report “European judicial systems: efficiency and quality of justice” which contains the comparative per capita levels of legal aid spending. The Department contributes data to these reports and the most recent, published in 2014 using 2012 data, can be found at: www.coe.int/t/dghl/cooperation/cepej/evaluation/2014/Rapport_2014_en.pdf</p><p> </p><p>This report shows that England and Wales has the third highest allocated budget to legal aid (after Norway and N.Ireland) per inhabitant at <del class="ministerial">€41.55</del> <ins class="ministerial">£33.74 </ins>per head. The UK and the EU have a mutual interest in maintaining our integrated chemical supply chains as the chemicals industry is an economically significant sector in both regions, and it underpins key downstream sectors including automotive, aerospace, construction and pharmaceuticals. In the White Paper on our future relationship with the European Union published in July, the UK has proposed that chemicals are part of a UK-EU free trade area on goods, with continued UK participation in the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) underpinning this arrangement. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/11/2018 answer text <p>We published the Litter Strategy for England in April 2017, setting out our aim to clean up the country and deliver a substantial reduction in litter and littering within a generation.</p><p>We have launched the Litter Innovation Fund to support councils and communities in the development and evaluation of innovative approaches to tackling litter. The most recent data available relates to the position at May 2013 and is published online at:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/school-capacity-academic-year-2012-to-2013" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/school-capacity-academic-year-2012-to-2013</a></p><p> </p><p>Information on the requirement for secondary school places amongst religious denominations is not available. Local authorities are required to provide pupil forecasts at planning area level and broken down by year group, from Reception to Year 13. We do not collect forecasts of pupil numbers by religious denomination.</p><p>We continue to provide capital funding to local authorities to assist them in providing additional school places, and we monitor the situation regularly to ensure there are sufficient places to meet local need. The Home Office's consultation with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office varies from case to case. We were disappointed about the recent passing of legislation by the Burmese Parliament that will deny holders of temporary registration cards the ability to form and join political parties. This affects a majority of the Rohingya and some 400,000 members of other minorities. We are also particularly concerned by an expected draft Bill that would deny these individuals the right to vote in next year’s elections.</p><p>British Ministers and officials continue to raise our wider concerns about the treatment of the Rohingya with Burmese counterparts.
