The figure was revised upwards to 13,000 in 2018. Any further increase in trial numbers would need to be considered against the likelihood that the trial objectives would not be met or revised objectives are felt to be necessary.</p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">Of the current 152 sites that expressed an interest in taking part,</ins><del class="ministerial">All planned</del> 140 trial sites have now opened. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/03/2019 answer text <p>The recently published 2019/20 general practitioner (GP) Contract announced seven national service specifications that will be developed for the new Primary Care Networks:</p><p>- Structured Medications Review and Optimisation;</p><p>- Enhanced Health in Care Homes, to implement the vanguard model;</p><p>- Anticipatory Care requirements for high need patients typically experiencing several long term conditions, joint with community services;</p><p>- Personalised Care, to implement the NHS Comprehensive Model;</p><p>- Supporting Early Cancer Diagnosis;</p><p>- Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Diagnosis; and</p><p>- Tackling Neighbourhood Inequalities.</p><p> </p><p>There are no current plans for an additional service specification on women’s health, as we would expect the health needs of all patients, including women, to be a key consideration in each of the seven service specifications. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2018 answer text <p>The Department launched the first infected blood consultation, ‘Infected blood: reform on financial and other support’<sup>1</sup>, in January 2016. The consultation confirmed that the majority of beneficiaries would prefer one scheme to the then five schemes. The second consultation ‘Infected blood: Consultation on Special Category Mechanism and financial and other support in England’<sup>2</sup> in October 2017 announced that NHS Business Services Authority, not the former scheme administrators, such as the Macfarlane Trust, would manage the new reformed scheme.</p><p>I have written to the Macfarlane Trust on a number of occasions since 12 September 2018 asking for its plans with respect to any residual funds it held on closure. I also reminded the Macfarlane Trust that it must operate in accordance with its trust deed which states that the funds can only be transferred to one or more bodies established for charitable purposes with similar, or the same, objectives to its own i.e. providing support for people infected with HIV. The Macfarlane Trust informed me of the transfer of the its residual funds and assets to the Terrence Higgins Trust via a letter dated 12 December 2018. Data are shown at provider organisation level, from National Health Service trusts, NHS foundation trusts and primary care trusts. Data are also shown by local authority that is responsible for each patient delayed. This data is available from 2010-11 and can be accessed via the following link:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://www.england.nhs.uk/statistics/statistical-work-areas/delayed-transfers-of-care/" target="_blank">https://www.england.nhs.uk/statistics/statistical-work-areas/delayed-transfers-of-care/</a></p><p> </p><p>At the start of 2017-18 (April 2017), 55% of all delays were attributable to the NHS, 38% were attributable to social care, and the remaining 7% were attributable to both NHS and social care.</p><p> </p><p>In March 2018, 62% of all delays in were attributable to the NHS, 31% were attributable to social care, and the remaining 7% were attributable to both NHS and social care.</p><p> </p><p>There are 109 local authorities where the number of DTOC days increased and 42 where they have decreased in 2017/18 compared to 2016/17.
