	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/07/2015 answer text <p>In March 2013, the Department published statutory guidance to support health and wellbeing boards in undertaking Joint Strategic Needs Assessments (JSNA) and Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategies (JHWS).</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The guidance focuses on the methodology for producing comprehensive and high quality assessments and strategies, and emphasises the importance of understanding and addressing the needs of the whole local population at all stages in the lifecourse, with a particular focus on vulnerable sub-groups and those likely to experience health inequalities.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The guidance does not specifically discuss the inclusion of speech, language and communication needs of the local population in the JSNA. In the UN we continue to lead efforts to encourage Iran to improve its human rights record. We deplore all discrimination against religious minorities and constraints on their freedom to practise their faith. We recognise the challenges faced by the Baha'i community in Egypt.</p><p>The Government of Egypt has stated its commitment to protecting the rights of minorities and the need for freedom of worship, and the Egyptian constitution contains protection for Freedom of Religion or Belief. Senior Foreign and Commonwealth officials regularly raise Freedom of Religion or Belief with the Government of Egypt.
