	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2016 answer text <p>The government is committed to introducing national funding formulae for early years, schools and high needs, so that funding is better matched to need.</p><p>We will introduce a national funding formula for early years from financial year 2017-18. A consultation on the early years formula closed on 22 September, and we will set out our response later in the autumn.</p><p>We will introduce national funding formulae for schools and high needs from financial year 2018-19. We are considering the options carefully, taking into account the need to give schools and local authorities stability. We will put forward our detailed proposals later in the autumn, including our proposals for the transition to the formulae. We want to encourage more employers to offer more apprenticeships and our reforms provide them with the opportunity to do so. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/03/2017 answer text <p>Following the announcement on 1 March, we plan to undertake a comprehensive programme of engagement with stakeholders to set out suitable, age-appropriate content on relationships and sex education (RSE) which focuses on mental wellbeing, consent, resilience, age-appropriate relationships and sex education, and keeping safe online. Schools already have a duty to comply with the requirements of the Equalities Act to ensure we remove any barriers to equality and help to build a fairer society.</p><p> </p><p>Our key aim for the proposed relationships education and RSE, working in conjunction with PSHE, is to equip pupils with the knowledge and life skills they will need to stay safe and develop healthy and supportive relationships, particularly dealing with the challenges of growing up in an online world. The focus in primary school will be on building healthy relationships and staying safe. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/01/2017 answer text <p>The write-off of pupil number adjustment recoveries for free schools is rare and only authorised in exceptional circumstances, as it would be for any other type of school.</p><p>The write-offs I referred to in my response to Question 56161 concerned two schools – Al Madinah School and Stockport Technical School.</p><p>The Department agreed to write-off a recovery of £609k for Al Madinah School relating to academic year 2013/14, and £140k for Stockport Technical School relating to academic year 2014/15. Al Madinah School was ending its secondary provision and Stockport Technical School was closing completely.</p><p>This is short of the £800k quoted in my previous response, which was rounded to hundreds of thousands. The write-off for Al Madinah School was incorrectly rounded up rather than down to the nearest hundred thousand. These are the only two write-offs in respect of free school pupil number adjustment recoveries, totalling £749k.</p><p>Calculating and applying pupil number adjustments to bring estimate-based funding allocations back into line with actual numbers is a normal, intrinsic, planned part of the funding cycle. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/01/2017 answer text <p>The Careers &amp; Enterprise Company is continuing to make excellent progress towards transforming the provision of careers, enterprise and employer engagement experiences for young people.</p><p>Based on the most recent data (December 2016), the Company’s Enterprise Adviser Network is now active in 37 out of the 38 Local Enterprise Partnership areas, and 1,302 secondary schools and colleges across the country have signed up to the network. This represents 38% of all mainstream state-funded secondary schools/colleges in the country. Of these, 1,014 (78%) have been matched to an Enterprise Adviser and 11 schools have been matched in Hull.</p><p>The Company does not yet have fully reported data, by region, for its Enterprise Adviser Network.
