	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2019 answer text <p>The implementation of the agreed management strategy at Dalgety Bay involves the removal of radium sources; the reinforcement, replacement and extension of coastal armour stone and the construction of a replacement slipway at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club.</p><p>It is not possible at this time to determine the amount of disruption that may be caused by the work at Dalgety Bay as this has only recently gone to tender. Once a contractor has been appointed, a construction plan will be developed by them in consultation with the local council to minimise disruption.</p><p>Works on site will only be permitted between 1 April and 30 September each year. Similar concerns were not raised by others living outside Scotland. Mitigation payments for Tax Year 2018-19 will be made in June 2019 to those with taxable earnings of £27,200 or more. Mitigation payments for Tax Year 2019-20 will be made in June 2020 to those with taxable earnings of £28,193 or more. The second phase of work is planned to begin in April 2021 and be completed in September 2021.
