	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2018 answer text <p>The Treasury has provided £4.2bn for EU Exit preparations, including the unlikely event of a ‘no deal’ scenario, consisting of: £700m for 2017-18; £1.5bn for 2018-19 announced at Autumn Budget 2017 and allocated at Spring Statement 2018; £1.5bn for 2019-20 announced at Autumn Budget 2017; and an additional £500m for 2019-20 announced at Autumn Budget 2018.</p><p>This funding represents a clear commitment from the Government to ensure departments and the Devolved Administrations continue to have the necessary money to prepare effectively for a range of exit scenarios, including the unlikely event of a no deal scenario.</p><p>The Devolved Administrations are receiving their share of additional funding in devolved areas through the Barnett Formula. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/09/2018 answer text <p>Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is a crime and it is child abuse. The Government is clear that we will not tolerate a practice that can cause extreme and lifelong suffering to women and girls.</p><p>To date, there have been no convictions for FGM.</p><p>The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the police have highlighted that barriers to prosecution include a lack of referrals to the police, a lack of information from affected communities, and the age and vulnerability of victims. The Serious Crime Act 2015 introduced a number of measures to help overcome these, including: a new mandatory reporting duty for known cases of FGM in under-18s; extended extra-territorial jurisdiction over FGM offences committed abroad; lifelong anonymity for victims; FGM Protection Orders (FGMPOs), and a new offence of failure to protect a girl from the risk of FGM.</p><p>In addition, lead FGM prosecutors have been appointed, and the police and CPS have put in place joint FGM investigation and prosecution protocols. He met the Gambian Trade Minister during his visit to Gambia and also held discussions on agriculture and tourism, in particular on how Gambia could increase the number of British tourists visiting.</p><p>I congratulate the Government of Gambia and look forward to their participation in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in April. This ban was reaffirmed in 2001 and most recently in the Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU, implemented in the United Kingdom by the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016. The Department has received a number of representations concerning snus over recent years.
