However, the Department for Energy and Climate Change’s Prices and Bills report estimates that in 2014 the Carbon Price Floor increased the price per MWh of electricity for the average uncompensated energy intensive business by £4. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/05/2014 answer text <p>Ofcom estimates that 98.5% of UK households have access to 17 channels including those from the public service broadcasters (PSBs) on the digital terrestrial TV (DTT, or Freeview) platform, and that approximately 90% of UK households are also able to receive additional commercial DTT channels. Around 1.5% of UK households cannot easily receive DTT services with less than 0.5% not able to receive DTT services at all. However, DTT, cable and satellite digital television services together cover practically 100% of UK households, so that in all but the most exceptional of cases, everyone should be able to get digital television by one means or another. Member's question to refer to the work which the Ministry of Defence (MOD) is undertaking in support of the Welsh Government’s initiative to develop an Air Business Park at MOD St Athan. <br><br>Under existing arrangements, while the new airfield contractor completes work-up training, the airfield is available for take offs and landings from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and, with 24 hours notice on Saturday and Sunday between the same hours. Arrangements to operate outside these hours may be made by prior request, subject to manpower availability. To support these arrangements the RAF is providing additional air traffic controllers, at the Welsh Governments request.
