The Department does not collect information about individual schools’ uniform policies.</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">Schools must have full regard to their obligations under equalities legislation and act reasonably, fairly and flexibly in the interests of all their children.</del></p><br /><p><ins class="ministerial">The governing body or academy trust of an individual school is responsible for setting their uniform policy. The Department does not collect information about individual schools’ uniform policies.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">Our guidance to schools on school uniform is clear that schools must have full regard to their obligations under equalities law, and act reasonably and fairly in the interests of all their students.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">We would expect all schools to act flexibly in response to reasonable requests to vary their uniform policy.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">The Department's guidance on school uniform is available online: <a href="http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/school-uniform" target="_blank">www.gov.uk/government/publications/school-uniform</a>.</ins></p>

Between the period April 2014 to October 2015, the Regeneration Investment Organisation (RIO) negotiated MoUs with seven companies. Only one of those MoUs remains in place.</p><p>Aventa is a regeneration investor and comprises a regulated asset management company and a vehicle for managing early stage development and construction risk. The Regeneration Investment Organisation and Aventa Capital MoU was developed in October 2014 to support Aventa’s work in seeking to develop a regeneration fund and thereby encourage institutional investment into UK regeneration projects. The Department felt the proposal covered by the MoU was viable given Aventa’s sector and management experience.</p><p>There was no commitment on the part of RIO to provide any capital or resource in connection with the agreement. In addition, any recommendation from Aventa would have been reviewed and subjected to due diligence by the developer as a commercial partner. The MoU was concluded, by mutual agreement, following meetings with officials during December 2014.</p><p> </p>

star this property answer text <p>A) Since becoming the Minister for Women and Equalities in April this year, The Minister has had one introductory meeting with Stonewall to discuss LGBT policy, and one meeting with The Founder of a Women’s Place.</p><p>B) Since beginning its consultation engagement work in September 2017, the Gender Recognition Act (GRA) consultation team have met with the named organisations on the following number of occasions:</p><p>i. Mermaids: once</p><p>ii. Stonewall: four times</p><p>iii. Gendered Intelligence (GI): three times</p><p>iv. Transgender Trend: twice</p><p>v. Fair Play For Women (FPFW): twice</p><p>vi. A Woman’s Place (WP): three times</p><p>During the GRA consultation, officials in the Government Equalities Office also held roundtables with various groups, including: one on the topic of prisons and offender management, which was attended by FPFW; one with women’s organisations and charities, which was attended by FPFW and WP; one with LGBT organisations, which was attended by Stonewall, GI and Mermaids; and one focused on Wales, which was attended by Stonewall Cymru.</p>

These included LGBT organisations, women’s groups, faith organisations, refuges and domestic violence campaign groups, local government, campaign organisations such as Woman’s Place UK, unions, transgender charities, government departments and other European governments. Gendered Intelligence were one of these groups.</p><p> </p><p>The Government Equalities Office is physically based in the Department for Education building in Westminster. Hard copy responses to the consultation must therefore be addressed to the Government Equalities Office in the Department for Education.</p> more like this
