	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/10/2014 answer text <p>The Health and Safety Executive has issued no guidance on the use of e-cigarettes in the workplace.</p><p>Smoking in the workplace, including the use of e-cigarettes, is dealt with as a public health matter within Great Britain.
