Claimants can apply for an advance immediately and can receive up to 50 percent of their indicative award shortly afterwards. Personal Budgeting Support is also discussed at the claimant’s initial work search interview to gauge their potential support needs and can include money advice. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/07/2017 answer text <p>There is not a Pollock Jobcentre Plus, the only Jobcentre in the Glasgow South West constituency being Govan Jobcentre Plus.</p><p> </p><p>We do not have any data on the specific numbers of customers accessing our free Wi-Fi in Govan or any other of our Jobcentres. We can track the number of Wi-Fi connections per month. For example in May 2017 (the last period we have data for) there were 1701 unique Wi-Fi connections in Govan Jobcentre. However, any member of the public can access our public Wi-Fi (from inside the office or immediately outside).
