<p>The Government has invested in the creation of 38 Growth Hubs across England, providing small manufacturing businesses with free one-to-one support and advice. The Recovery Loan Scheme helps smaller businesses access loans and other kinds of finance up to £2 million per business group, including growth, investment or working capital.</p><p>The Government has made a £1.6bn commitment through the British Business Bank in regions across the UK. In addition, the Government also committed over £150 million for Made Smarter, the UK national industrial digitalisation programme to help UK manufacturers to capitalise on new digital technologies, reduce carbon emissions and drive-up productivity.</p>
