star this property answer text <p>There are differences in health outcomes relating to socioeconomic status, ethnicity, geographical area and other social factors. Public Health England regularly publishes data on health outcomes, and the wider determinants of health, for the regions of England in the Public Health Outcomes Framework at the following link:</p><p><a href="https://fingertips.phe.org.uk/profile/public-health-outcomes-framework" target="_blank">https://fingertips.phe.org.uk/profile/public-health-outcomes-framework</a></p><p>The Government is working to improve the quality of people’s lives across the whole country. The Prevention Green Paper sets out proposals to secure five extra years of health, independent life by 2035 and reducing the gap between the rich and poor. The NHS Long Term Plan also commits to narrowing health inequalities over the next five and 10 years. We want everyone to have the same opportunity to have a long and healthy life wherever they live and whatever their circumstances.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p>

star this property answer text <p>Local vaccination services are recording vaccinations using the Outcomes4Health system, provided by Pinnacle. Vaccination records are then shared with the National Immunisation Management Service (NIMS), the national register for COVID-19 vaccinations. Primary Care Networks have full access to NIMS. Notifications are then also shared with the general practices patients are registered with.</p> more like this

However, on 20 February we set new targets to offer all adults over 50 years old a first dose by mid-April and the rest of the adult population by the end of July.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England and NHS Improvement publish daily data for vaccinations in England, showing the total first and second doses given to date, by region. star this property answer text <p>NHS England and NHS Improvement continue to work with vaccination sites across the country to ensure an adequate and consistent supply of vaccine. Each Primary Care Network site receives their own supply and work has been carried out with local clinical commissioning group colleagues to ensure that vaccine supply aligns with the number of registered patients in the priority cohort groups. Where sites may progress through their supply more quickly than others, NHS England and NHS Improvement are working with sites to ensure that supplies are replenished.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Nationally, individuals eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine within a particular age-based priority group are offered a vaccine in order of their year group in descending order.</p><p>Operationally, if patients in the eligible cohort wish to utilise a vaccination centre, they can choose to do so by booking online or via 119. It is therefore possible that if an individual will wait longer to book their vaccination than others it is possible they may receive a vaccine after residents in the same local area who are younger.</p> more like this
