	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/02/2015 answer text <p>We continue to work with the Dutch Public Prosecutors Office on their investigation into the downing of MH17, supporting UN Security Council Resolution 2166's call for a full, thorough and independent international investigation into this tragic incident. The Metropolitan Police are providing advice and support to the Joint Investigation Team (JIT); (a collection of police and judicial officials from Ukraine, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium and Malaysia) which is under the coordination of the Dutch Public Prosecutors Office. The UK is not a member of the JIT but is an interested party and is represented at the bi-monthly JIT meetings by the Metropolitan Police. <br> <br>On the separate investigation into the cause of the crash by the Dutch Safety Board; two Inspectors of Air Accidents from the Air Accidents Investigation Branch of the Department of Transport visited the Netherlands last week and viewed the wreckage of MH 17 held in storage at Gilze. This was undertaken in their capacity as the UK Accredited Representative/Adviser to the Dutch Safety Board.</p><p>We expect the Dutch Safety Board to release their final report prior to the anniversary of the crash, which will provide evidence as to how MH17 broke up in mid air. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/10/2014 answer text <p>UN Security Council Resolution 2166 condemned the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 in the strongest possible terms and called for a full, thorough and independent international investigation. We continue to work closely with the Dutch Public Prosecutor’s Office (OM), which is leading the investigation.</p><p>As my Rt Hon Friend the Prime Minister has made clear, the weight of evidence is pointing in one direction: MH17 was shot down by a missile fired by pro-Russian separatists. The five guiding principles of the House of Bishops’ declaration which underpinned General Synod’s agreement to women bishops clearly provided a framework to make it possible for arrangements to develop for the Church of England to maintain the highest possible degree of communion and contribute to mutual flourishing across all the diverse traditions that exist. Friend the Secretary of State has not recently met with any stakeholders about the future of the National Cancer Peer Review programme.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>NHS England is currently reviewing the National Cancer Peer Review programme with a view to considering how its success might be extended into other new areas of specialised commissioning. This review will consider the benefits of the programme. Regardless of the outcome of this review, cancer peer review will continue to play a critical part of any broader peer review programme NHS England may look to introduce.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>NHS England provides regular updates on its work to external and internal stakeholders every 3-4 weeks.
