	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/09/2014 answer text <p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office strongly supports the use of the Performance Platform to improve the quality and transparency of Management Information across government.</p><p> </p><p>Four of our transactions already have detailed dashboards on the platform, including our highest volume digital transaction (legalisation). 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/10/2014 answer text <p>UN Security Council Resolution 2166 condemned the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 in the strongest possible terms and called for a full, thorough and independent international investigation. We continue to work closely with the Dutch Public Prosecutor’s Office (OM), which is leading the investigation.</p><p>As my Rt Hon Friend the Prime Minister has made clear, the weight of evidence is pointing in one direction: MH17 was shot down by a missile fired by pro-Russian separatists. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/04/2014 answer text <p>GCHQ works closely with business to release Intellectual Properties (IP) which are suitable for more general use in the outside world. For example through its information assurance arm, Communications-Electronics Security Group (CESG), it operates a number of schemes which enable individuals and companies to gain CESG endorsement of products and services via technical assessment.</p><p>GCHQ is additionally running a number of pilot cases looking at ways of improving its coordination with SMEs and larger industry partners including on Open Source publishing and licencing to SMEs and larger industry partners. GCHQ is also sponsoring research institutes in Cyber Security and running innovation calls aimed at SMEs. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2014 answer text <p>British ministers have engaged regularly with their Nigerian counterparts to convey our expectation that Nigeria’s presidential elections will be free, fair and peaceful. When I met the Nigerian Foreign Minister in September I spoke of the need to strengthen institutions in Nigeria to enhance the democratic process. The UK government continues to support Nigeria in ensuring adequate electoral mechanisms and observation are put in place. This includes through DFID’s Deepening Democracy in Nigeria 2 programme. At £35m over four years, this is the largest bilateral programme supporting democratisation in Nigeria.
