The level of magnitude 0.5 at which operators must pause operations, was set in consultation with industry as an appropriate precautionary measure. While the UK remains a Member of the European Union we will fully participate in the EU space programmes including Galileo, and it is the Government’s position that UK industry should be able to compete fairly for contracts during this period.
