star this property answer text <p>The UK Government is concerned by reports that armed persons are being transported into Nagorno-Karabakh. During my recent visit to Armenia and Azerbaijan I urged both Governments to fully comply with the November ceasefire agreement and to refrain from unhelpful actions that may exacerbate the situation. The UK Government continues to support the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group to settle all outstanding matters related to the conflict.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>During my recent visit to both Armenia and Azerbaijan I highlighted UK concern over the large amount of unexploded ordnance across the region. I urged both Governments to work together to ensure that humanitarian organisations are able to have unimpeded access to the region. The UK Government will continue to work with partners to support the Governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan in securing stability and peace in the region and will continue to encourage both to refrain from unhelpful actions that may exacerbate the situation.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Government recognises the importance of access to post for all users, especially those that are homeless or suffer at the hands of domestic abuse. The universal postal service is intended to provide an accessible postal service for all.</p><p> </p><p>Royal Mail operates two services to help vulnerable customers have access to their post. Its redirection service can be specially accessed by people with personal safety concerns and its PO Box service provides options for customers designed to meet specific circumstances and preferences.</p><p> </p><p>The Government will continue to work with Royal Mail and the Post Office on how vulnerable groups can best be supported.</p> more like this
