	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/06/2015 answer text <p>We and other members of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) receive quarterly reports on Iran's nuclear programme, the IAEA's efforts to address the Possible Military Dimensions of Iran’s nuclear programme, and the nuclear aspects of the Joint Plan of Action with the E3+3.</p><p>The IAEA Director General issued his latest report on the status of Iran’s nuclear programme on 29 May 2015; this confirms Iran continues to implement its commitments under the Joint Plan of Action. 	question text	To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what reports he has received on recent comments by Ayatollah Ali Khamenei that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) would be denied access to Iran's military facilities and nuclear officials under a nuclear deal; and what assessment he has made of the effect such a stance by Iran would have in the IAEA's ability to verify that country's adherence to a permanent nuclear deal.

A comprehensive nuclear deal with Iran that addresses our proliferation concerns will need to be fully verifiable by the International Atomic Energy Agency. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/06/2015 answer text <p>The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has monthly access to the reactor at Arak. The IAEA Director General’s 29 May Iran report confirms that Iran continues to abide by its commitments under the Joint Plan of Action. Access for the IAEA to Parchin remains an important but unfulfilled step. The Director General’s report reiterates that clean-up activities at the site are likely to have undermined the Agency’s ability to conduct effective verification, however it is imperative that Iran provides swift access as the Agency continues to request.
