	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/12/2022 answer text <p>Based on the report by the National Audit Office published on 1 December 2021, ‘it took 138 days on average to issue a voucher to those homeowners who applied in September 2020, but the time taken to issue vouchers reduced over time reaching 50 days in March 2021’.
