In addition, many stakeholder responses indicated greater detail on the proposals was necessary.</p><p> </p><p>Following the publication of the summary of responses to the consultation in September 2016, the Government has continued to engage with a range of interested parties to further discuss and explore the important issues raised in responses to the consultation and find solutions to the challenges identified. The industry decided to replace the previous fragmented system with a standardised one.
