This includes regular discussions at Ministerial and official level. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/12/2017 answer text <p>We are working to ensure a smooth transition for the chemical industry as we leave the EU.</p><p> </p><p>The European Union (Withdrawal Bill) will convert existing EU chemicals law, including REACH, into domestic law wherever practical, giving consumers and businesses as much certainty as possible. The UK is strongly committed to the effective and safe management of chemicals. For example, the fee structure for registration is determined by both the size of the registrant company and the tonnage band of registration.
