<p>If the UK leaves the EU without a deal, the UK will be able to set its own independent tariff regime. We will communicate a decision on what is a market sensitive information to stakeholders and the public as soon as possible. This is a very complex policy area, so ministers have examined a range of options for our no deal future tariff regime and carefully considered the evidence available in the interests of UK businesses and consumers.</p>
