	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/07/2019 answer text <p>As a British Overseas Territory, the British Virgin Islands (BVI) has no international legal personality separate from that of the United Kingdom, therefore no &quot;diplomatic relations&quot; exist in the traditional sense of the term. The United Kingdom and the BVI, along with the other Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies form an undivided realm. The roles of the United Kingdom, the Governor and the elected government are set out in the Constitution of the BVI. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/07/2019 answer text <p>Minister for the Commonwealth and the UN, Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon, held a bilateral meeting with Leslie Jaques, Lead Councillor for International Relations and Divisional Manager for Economics and Finance for Pitcairn at the Joint Ministerial Council in December 2018.
