	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/05/2019 answer text <p>We are continuing to work with the Southern African Customs Union and Mozambique partner countries, including Lesotho to replicate the effects of the EU’s Economic Partnership Agreement.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the Taxation (Cross-Border Trade) Act enables the UK to put in place a trade preferences scheme for when we leave the EU.
