	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/04/2016 answer text <p>UNSCR 2216 states that all Member States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the direct or indirect supply, sale or transfer of weapons to the named individuals and entities designated by the Yemen Sanctions Committee.
