The independent Advisory Group on Non-ionising Radiation (AGNIR) published their report in the UK in 2012 and the European Commission’s Scientific Committee on Emerging and Newly Identified Health Risks (SCENIHR) published their report in 2015. The World Health Organization is also currently preparing a review. Member for Westmorland and Lonsdale (Tim Farron) raised the issue of therapeutic radiographers during a debate on cancer workforce and early diagnosis on 8 January 2019, Official Report, columns 43WH-44WH.</p><p> </p><p>Health Education England published its first ever Cancer Workforce Plan in December 2017 which commits to the expansion of capacity and skills including an ambition to increase improved working practices, attracting qualified people back to the National Health Service through domestic and international recruitment.</p><p> </p><p>Following publication of the NHS Long Term Plan in January 2019, my Rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has commissioned Baroness Dido Harding, working closely with Sir David Behan, to lead a number of programmes to engage with key NHS interests to develop a detailed workforce implementation plan. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/07/2019 answer text <p>The Department has made no assessment of the effect on patients of the accreditation of the Society of Homeopathy by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).</p><p>The PSA sets standards for organisations holding voluntary registers for health and social care occupations and accredits those registers that meet them. It has not made any recommendations on Complete Elimination of Autistic Spectrum Expression therapy and has no current plans to undertake an assessment of its effectiveness.
