The Independent Panel for Administrative Law is currently cataloguing and analysing
the responses to the call for evidence which is crucial for their ongoing deliberations.
As the panel is independent, it remains a matter for the panel to determine how it
intends to treat the evidence received in its report. Once the Government receives
the panel’s report, the Government will then determine when and how it responds including
publication and the underlying evidence in due course.
