	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/03/2020 answer text <p>A high-quality, safe, and suitable home can help people stay independent and healthy for longer, whilst reducing health and social care costs.</p><p>The Department funds the Disabled Facilities Grant to support older and disabled people on low-incomes to adapt their homes to make them suitable for their needs. It was recently announced that funding for 2020-21 will be maintained at £505 million.</p><p>We also provide funding to build specialised housing - through the Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund, with up to £76 million available in 2019-20.</p><p>With reference to new mainstream housing, the Home of 2030 is a cross-government initiative between Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Department of Health and Social Care to bring forward the design and delivery of high-quality homes which are energy efficient, inclusively designed, and suitable for all generations. I have written to my counterparts in all the other devolved nations, including the Permanent Secretary of Northern Ireland, inviting them to meet to discuss this issue at the earliest opportunity. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/02/2022 answer text <p>All adults in England aged 18 years old and over are eligible for a COVID-19 booster vaccination, including those who are now severely immunosuppressed but were not severely immunosuppressed at the time of their second primary dose.</p><p>The Government accepted advice from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) regarding the offer of a third primary dose and a fourth dose as a booster to eligible individuals aged 12 years old and over with severe immunosuppression at or around the time of their first or second primary vaccination. This is an increase of 274 (20.9%) since 2020.</p><p>The Government funded an additional 20 Specialty Training posts for interventional radiologists in 2021/22 and 2022/23. The plan will consider the number of staff and the roles required and will set out the actions and reforms needed to improve workforce supply and retention, including in clinical radiology. In 2022/23 Health Education England is investing an additional £50 million to expand the cancer and diagnostics workforce, including expanding the postgraduate medical training of cancer-related medical professions, such as clinical radiologists. In the North East and Yorkshire region in August 2022, over 37,000 people received care following an urgent general practitioner referral for suspected cancer and over 73% had cancer diagnosed or ruled out within 28 days.</p><p>The NHS People Plan aims to improve the retention of all National Health Service staff by prioritising health and wellbeing.
